Return within 4 days full refund will be credited as long as item is unopened and new. After those initial 4 days we will NOT accept returns and We DO NOT accept returns for opened items.  To initiate refund please email us with your order number and reason for refund so we can begin the process.

We have shipping hubs in Miami and Gainesville Florida

We ship to 45 states in the USA and some cities in Canada

Depending on the shipping method it can take anywhere from 3-8 days to receive your item. Once orders are picked up we have no control over how and when the item will arrive. We will do our best keep you updated.

If you created an account it will show on your dashboard but for the most up to date info please email support@mancaveprofessionals.com or text 352-353-9610 with your order number and the system will generate an update for you.

We have times where many users might be adding the same item to their cart. The system takes the inventory out once the first person makes the order so, when the other users try to check out it will advice them that the last unit has been taken.

We added a virtual Lounge to our page so that users from all around the world can join and interact with eachother. 

Later we'll be hosting events and giveaways for our lounge. Enter the lounge by going to the Virtual World Tab.

We are working hard to get your orders shipped as soon as we receive them. We have an average of 24-48 hours from time we receive shipment to time all pre-orders are sent.

    We will cancel any order with no fee if you send us proof of it being in stock at another company.
